Smileys in the quick dial

I have four smileys in the quick selection where I had left a link months ago. I was able to choose the smiley. Now I would like to change something but I just can't find the setting option anymore.
If I right click on the bar, I can hide the item "Links" - as well as weather, hacker view or GX.me but not set anything.

Can anyone tell me where I can find this?
