Spotify and Netflix Player Issues

Description of Problem: Both the Spotify and Netflix players give a similar error about protected content. Netflix Error: 07702-1003. Spotify does not have a listed error for this. Even following both sites recommendations for fixing the problems, and trying it with other search engines (ie: Bing, Duck Duck Go) it still doesn't fix the problem if they run on Opera GX. I have tried using Netflix in other browsers like Chrome and it seems to work. It appears to be a common issue, but I can't seem to find a working fix. Other media players such as Youtube, Twitch, and Amazon Video do not have this issue. I didn't have these issues before reinstalling Opera GX, so I'm wondering if it is a known issue with the recent edition.
