[Request] Don't open the menu when Alt key is pressed

Developers - wake up!!!
Why did you call the opera menu with the left Alt key.
Any key combination (Alt+Shift, Alt+Ctrl, etc.) brings up the Opera menu. You are asked for 5 years to fix it. You've messed up the browser because it's impossible to use it if you're bilingual, if you're used to hotkeys. Opera is not of such great value that it makes the work very inconvenient.
You have 5 days to correct it, otherwise our entire office will refuse opera and instruct all of our company's clients on this. -

Disabled almost all hot key combinations - the menu is no longer displayed, but half of the hot keys do not work.
So this problem is definitely a developer bug.
The problem is not solved, work on its solution!
