Changes made to speed dial not reflected in "other speed dials"

I use Opera GX on my desktop computer. When I use my laptop or Opera Mobile on my phone and look at "other speed dials" in my bookmarks, it says the last modification on this device was on November 30th of last year. But I know I've made several changes to it since then, and I can't find a button to force the synchronization. I can't find a way to solve this. Am I the only this has happened to? And does anyone have a solution to this problem?
