When authorizing on cashback.opera.com, the site is blocked with the following message:

The service has been suspended in your region.
Opera Cashback has suspended operations in your country.

Due to the current situation regarding the termination of the work of international payment systems on the territory of the Russian Federation, Opera Cashback suspends its work. Currently, it is not possible to receive cashback for purchases and make payments.

During registration, the region of Russia was indicated, but now I want to change the region, and the site does not even let me into my personal account.
