Is there any way I can setup separate proxy setting instead of using Windows proxy setting?

Hi,

Just upgraded to 25 from 12, and I'm shocked to find out that Opera now uses IE's proxy setting, is there any way (an extension maybe, a hide setting) to let Opera has its own proxy setting? Using IE proxy setting is a deal breaker, if there's no way to change it I'll have to migrate away from Opera which is a lot of work.

Opera has no own proxy settings, it reads the system ones. Please Use correct settings in Windows, may be distinct IP and Port or a proxy settings script.
