Autopop boxes all white & Expensify fails to load

Since around 3 weeks ago, every "autopopulate" box has been white print on white background with white highlighting. Meaning you can only see what goes into the box my mousing over each item. Like this:

In tandem with this, I logged onto expensify today to submit some expenses only to find the navigation bar loads, but in the main display nothing works. As an example, I clicked to go to my reports and my console looked like this:

These issues do not exist in Edge.
