Cant locate address bar

I have opera version 72.0.2254.67482 on android version 9 on a Dixon TS M103A tablet. I simply wish to access the address bar in opera min. But cannot locate it any where, that is ridiculous in a browser, seriously. I am trying to test a local website out in opera to look at the jquery look and feel of a site at local address of 10.0.0.106:8080/website name etc ...
All that is available is the google search bar which does not allow me to type in a url. I reach it in all the other browsers in android except this piece of ... Can someone please assist. I've searched in google and had no joy.
