Opera GX Running Slow While Playing Games

This is a problem that has been happening to me only when I play certain games on borderless windowed. The problem consist of me trying to watch a video or listen to music on YouTube while playing the game but when I click a video or when I listen to music and a music video pops up the video lags sometimes just buffers outright and the only way to stop it is to just go to full screen but to me since I tab between my monitors often it usually is just bothersome due to the fact that I could just use windowed borderless. I have tried some fixes like going into the opera gx flags and I forgot the other one but eventually I just reset the settings and well I still have my problem so if anyone has had the same problem as me where videos become slow whether its on youtube or not while you play games and you solved the problem your help would be kindly appreciated and to anyone to does help thank you in advance.
