Opera cashback does not work with eBay-PayPal.

Why does your cashback almost never work when paying with PayPal on ebay.com? I always follow the instructions, activate the cashback button before making a purchase and immediately process the payment. But after paying, PayPal always takes me to the eBay purchase confirmation page, on which the cashback is no longer active. And after that, this purchase never appears in the cashback list either. The Opera cashback system always works only when paying with a bank card, but not with PayPal.
