Turning off Transparent Browser Windows

I was forced into the Opera One update whether I wanted it or not & for the most part, I've been able to "fix" things to my liking. However, I have a serious problem with the fact that my browser windows in both light & dark mode are transparent. I see the desktop underneath them or whatever windows I have open.
It is an additional pain in the rump given I'm on the original 2020 M1 Mac Mini. If I have another browser say open to a YouTube video & then switch to Opera, the running video behind the transparent window causing a graphics flicker. I never had this problem before with Opera.
How do I turn this off? This is not a Mac OS issue as I never had this behavior prior to the upgrade to Opera One. I have tried turning off hardware acceleration which does nothing. I can't find any options in the appearance section of the settings.
How to I fix this? Thanks for the input.

@wyckedbear i had this same issue, but after messing with the advanced settings, i turned a certain setting on and off again (it had something to do with the GPU, if i recall correctly.) afterwards, a button that said "relaunch" on it appeared, and after accidentally clicking that, the issue solved itself, which is odd, considering ive relaunched multiple times without this button before with no results.
hope this helps!

@cumcumbubblegum That's very unintuitive. lol
I'll give it a go and see if I can replicate this.
