Tab management and new features roadmap

Are you planning to offer a more advanced tab management interface, similar to the one that was present in Opera 12? I know that there is a "Classic Tabs" extension, but it is not stable. A native interface should be more effective, I guess.
Furthermore, is there a place where we can see a roadmap for the future planned features? The current Opera is still not there for me and I would like to know if the features that I miss are even planned to be added in the future.

Actually, you can check the Maxthon tab management and shortcut options. This browser seems to have applied the things right.
