[Suggestion]Allow Customize Toolbars

Hi there. The latest edition of Opera One is really nice! Thank you!
Opera is always at the top of my list of best browsers. Not sure how you managed to maintain that even after presto.
Vivaldi rivals Opera of course, and to be true is more full-featured, and more customizable. But. That doesn't necessarily mean it's a better browsing experience.
That said, one thing I like there is the ability to move my toolbars around, and move or choose what items are present in the toolbars. I really like what Opera did with the way it's basically collapsible at the touch of a button. Vivaldi needs to take your advise on that!

i really don't know anything about what makes any one of of the "chrome" browsers truly "unique" from its brethren. E.g. V8, Chromium, Webkit. Blink? ... and how those components relate to/ depend upon/ enhance one another, etc.
I'd been using Vivaldi as a "primary" browser maybe the past 9 mos - year, "default" in Windows. before that it was waterfox. Opera is always there though. I always have an Opera browser installed.
the boy ain't lyin'
