A blue line appears next to the mouse in video players in opera gx

I tried deleting and re-downloading the app and restarting my computer but no matter what I do there is a blue line that never goes over the player, all I can do is move it to the edge of the screen

Same for me, except it's yellow because my primary color is yellow...

Same happened to me, I fixed it by disabling "before-after mode" on enhanced videos and pics

go to youtube, open a video and move your mouse in the freme of the video, a litle RGX buttot will aper click it and the line is gone
