@mochica This worked for me! I got the latest version of the linux zip, and replaced it with the command line using this:
sudo mv <new_file/file_location> <existing_file/file_location>it was slow to load in the first video, but it looks like it's just because it's the first video it's loading with the new libffmpeg.so file (Also, because of the nature of the website that is loading in this class recording).

@mochica Thank you! It worked...
I had to download Nautilus to be able to replace that codec since admin options didn't show in file. Cheers! -

With the current version of Opera One, you need to update libffmpeg.so. To do this, I used a script that downloads the latest electron-vXX.X.X-linux-x64.zip from https://github.com/electron/electron/releases/latest and extracts libffmpeg.so.
#!/bin/sh # Download and extract the latest version of the libffmpeg.so file. # The libffmpeg.so file is extracted to the directory where the script is run. # $PWD = Print Working Directory # Get the latest Electron version VERSION=$(curl -sI https://github.com/electron/electron/releases/latest \ | grep -i '^location:' \ | sed 's/.*\/tag\/v//' \ | tr -d '\r') # Download the Electron archive curl -L -o "$PWD/electron.zip" \ "https://github.com/electron/electron/releases/download/v${VERSION}/electron-v${VERSION}-linux-x64.zip" # Extract libffmpeg.so unzip -j "$PWD/electron.zip" 'libffmpeg.so' -d "$PWD" # Remove the archive rm "$PWD/electron.zip"```
