I'm in the US but I'm being said that Aria is not available

i cannot chat to aria like a normal person. it goes that it is not in my region in the us, at least it says..

@chickenbirb Same here. I'm in Dallas Texas, but Aria says it's not available for my location. Can anyone help us? I'm sure there are many others getting this same problem.

It still says that Aria is unavailable where I am. I'm in Texas.
