Desktop notifications not working on Opera GX

My notifications on Opera GX don't work at all. I tried turning on notifications on the site, turning on notifications in the site settings, and in the Windows settings Opera GX notifications is said to be turned on but never showing a single notification. How do I get Opera GX to show desktop notifications?

@landonm same here just summited a report if it don't change then uninstall it is....
