Weird "THUNK" Sound

On various sites using Opera (recently switched from Chrome since its unstable) I get this weird "thunk" sound. Im very confused by it. At first I thought it was Operas way of saying you got an email since I had linked my Gmail and Gmail gives that weird whistle sound. Any explanation?

What version of Opera are you using and what extensions do you have installed?
