Two pages opening on startup

I currently have my OperaGx setting to run on startup and always load whatever previous tabs I had open. I recently came across an issue where Every time I turn on my computer Opera opens my previous tabs, but also opens two additional tabs of msn.com. I checked my settings to see if there's a setting I changed but I haven't noted anything that would cause an msn tab to open, let alone two of them.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
