Opera GX/Windows 10 Pro - Unable to drag tab onto second open Opera GX window on second screen

Hello everyone,
I have a strange issue with Opera GX LVL5 and I'm using Windows 10 professional 22H2 and OS build is 19045.3208.
When I grab a tab and try to drop it onto another Opera GX window open on 2 of my screens. When I try to drag it onto the other window where the other tabs are, it doesn't grab the tab and add it to the other window. If I try, I left click and hold it down, drag it to the second window on the tabs portion (I've tried every part of the screen) and release the left mouse buton....it will just create a new window. And if I try to drag it again, it leaves an empty Opera GX window and creates a new window.
It's frustrating. Does anyone have any tips or am I missing something? I tried searching for it but I must not be searching the right stuff.
