[Suggestion]Tab Island Auto-Collapse w/Last Tab Remaining Visible

One of the features that drew me to Vivaldi years ago was the tab management; it's become buggy lately so started looking back at O.
The tab islands is nice but take that V approach. Opt to have tab islands auto-collapse But leave that last tab visible as an indicator of the island subject, exactly like you do when a tab is collapsed with an active tab. -
