Opera GX history clearing on its own.

Recently, Opera GX just cleared my browsing history. A few hours before, I got a popup twice on how I needed to free up space for some extension to work. I never had installed that extension either, it was just a jumble of letters starting with f. I checked my extensions to see if it was there, but it wasn't, so I never clicked the free-up space button. Please help, I need my browsing history back.
Im on windows 11 - LVL 5 100.0.4815.82 (opera version)
