Nothing but bookmarks sync'ed

I logged into a new device, and selected the options that I wanted sync'ed but only bookmarks have sync'ed. When I click on my profile the Sync status says that everything has been sync'ed (bookmarks, history, settings, open tabs, pinboards) but it clearly hasn't. Any way of fixing this? Thanks!
