can't play video from twitter or watch livestreams and certain videos on youtube

I've been having problems with my browser recently. I've tried other browsers and i don't get the same issue from them. I've also tried it opera and i suffer the same issue. I've also tried clearing cookies and cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled opera gx.
I don't know what happened- just suddenly one day, media just couldn't be played and at first i thought it was only because twitter is being twitter but then youtube started acting up too.
If someone can help me, that'd be very great because i really like using this browser.

I can't play any videos either, when the video is in the page, he is on a black screen.
If I slide the page to a position without a video and then try to slide back, the page doesn't slide there, the position with the video is stuck, preventing me from doing so. When I continue to swipe up, then it skips the video and reaches the content laid out above the video.
The sound of the video will play normally.
The CPU will take up to 50% -
