Lack of Bookmarks Export is absolutely unacceptable

To the "Developers"
You call yourselves programmers?
The key to making software work is making it user friendly and utilitarian.
In what universe would you think that the ability to easily export bookmarks to an html file is something unimportant, unnecessary or a negative feature.
I am sure that there is a "way" to do it but I should not even have to search "how to" on a task so routine. I should be a able to click on the file menu and see import/export. If you "programmers" do not understand that then you need to be forced to use only win 3.1 until such a time as you all come to understand that ease of use is the most important consideration when it comes to software. Almost everything (excluding stability) is secondary.
I swear colleges need to start teaching common sense.

In Opera 12 you can export the Bookmarks. But you should not expect, you can use Opera 12 with Win 3.1.
