Make it possible to detach a tab island to a new window

I’m a code reviewer, so part of my workflow consists of opening multiple pull requests to work on them. Each pull request has an issue attached to it, which is assigned to me, for that reason, tab islands got really useful for me, but since I can’t detach them from the main window (and because of this other issue here), I end up having to unpin PR list, detach, pin again in the new window, create all the tab islands, unpin again, move it back to the main window and pin it again back there.

I do all that just so the PR related work gets its own window

If I could just detach the tab islands, I would make the islands directly in the main window and collapse them. When I’m going to work with one, I could then just detach the island
