Oprea closes tabs everytime i download something

Every time i download something a like a sonic frontier mod and click Download opera closes the tabs it does the same to Roblox when I click the green button it is so annoying when it happens how do I turn it off????????????!

@mrbluegame333 There isn't even a setting to turn it on.

So you are saying that if you, for example, click on a link in this tab to download something then this tab will be closed?

You said "tabs" (as in plural). Do you mean that Opera closes all tabs in the window because Opera crashes and restarts or do you just mean Opera closes the single tab you were clicking the button/link in?

@mrbluegame333 Do you have that URL bookmarked to the bookmarks bar and are you dragging the bookmark to the tab bar to open it?

Using the "Download with Mod Manager" button.

It happens even more often after opening a mod page from a notification from a tracked mod or user.

@wigontherun Searching https://github.com/ModOrganizer2/modorganizer, maybe the download button on the page opens an nxm:// link that triggers the download manager. What happens if you open a new tab, type nxm://test in the address field and press enter. Does that open the download Mod Organizer?
