Feature request: built-in full web page translation.

I know there are plenty of translation addons that do what I'm asking, but they're all either a little bit clunky, have persistent toolbars or buttons, or cost a fair bit of money. I want a translator that just does the job and gets out of the way. A toggle in the URL bar that appears if the website is in a different language, for instance. Edge browser has this, and while the webpage translations themselves aren't as good as DeepL or Google Translate, being able to automatically translate all webpages of a given language without any UI clutter is magical.
