Use standard API for password manager

Use standard API for password manager. At the moment, I can't use my password manager on opera while opera's not using the standard API.

@bastele7 I couldn't agree with this more. The lack of support on my android phone for third party password managers is absolutely a game changer for myself. It is the only thing preventing me from switching to opera on every device I own.
I really hope this gets changed soon.

I've seen this somewhere on this forum, but if you do this it calls the android autofill function:
- Swipe up from the top to open the notifications panel
- Close it
- The autofill service gets called
If it doesn't work, try relaunching the browser.
I tested this on most websites(some cpanel ones didn't work) with Enpass and it works OK.
