No audio from media played in Opera GX

Last night when I was playing games and watched some Youtube content on my second monitor the audio stopped playing after pausing and switching tabs, I also changed the output source for Opera GX within windows mixer settings. Done this several times before when I want to switch from the headset to the speakers, no problem at all.
Something went wrong within Opera GX as my audio from all other sources works fine, It's only audio played through Opera GX that doesn't work.

Tried all the basic troubleshooting, but can't seem to find any problems within windows or drivers. The problem is within Opera GX, and I know little to nothing about anything other than the basic settings we can use within the browser.
Can't find any setting that would solve the audio issue?

There's a lot of "false" on all the audio decoding parts, but I can't find a way to fix it.
It's a unique problem I've never seen before
Hopefully this info will be enough to get some help or advice for a solution, It's a really frustrating problem
