Can tab Islands be move between windows?

Is there a way to move between windows? I had the browser crash, tab recovery setting did not work correctly, nor did the tabs previously reopen. I sorted them into islands and then wanted to combine related islands into a few (less) seperate windows. I wasn't able to do this and it greatly impacted my productivity. I think the crash was related to me right clicking the O accidently, but I am unsure.
Also I would love to name the islands if possible or change the colors for task themes.
Would also love to save a tab island for later either via bookmark or a history/recent window carrot or menu item.
