How Can I Integrate a Downloader in Opera?

I don't like Opera's downloader. When I'm downloading stuff through it, the download stops for whatever reason (connection issues, etc.). Its annoying to re-download again. The resume option down't really help in many cases. Can you recommend a very good downlloader that integrates into Opera? And how do I integrate it into Opera?

This is a "helps" forum, not some guessing game. 'Hints' don't count for anything. There are two kinds of Opera desktop browsers (Presto and Blink), and what works for one will not work for the other. Your Opera version is a necessary and relevant piece of information that determines which class of browser you are asking about, and what version within that class... a piece of information which you should have included in your initial post. Chill!
