[Duplicated][My Flow] Can't send from desktop to phone

WizdomMagi last edited bywhen i have opera installed on my phone and opera gx installed on my desktop, i use to send bookmarks between the two, i can send a book more to my desktop using add bookmark from my phone and it updates in Realtime, when i do the same from my desktop to my phone it dose not work. i have uninstalled and re-installed on both my phone and desktop as well as sign in and out, but this specific problem dose not stop. i don’t know if its an account issue rather than the platform(s).
