I have been encountering the problem for 2 days now and yet, none of the solutions provided here work at all. I can't even access the settings menu within my flow on my PC because despite insisting so on my PC's end, my phone isn't connected to my PC and my PC isn't connected to any device at the moment. The only way I have been getting flow to work on my phone is by scanning the QR code on the normal Opera browser.

Well I'm still encountering this issue. It definitely doesn't have to do with my connection as I have no issues connecting with anything else and most certainly didn't have any before my first encounter with this issue. I'm gonna try resetting my GX's appdata folder first thing in the morning to see if that'll do something, if anything at all.

Just went and cleared my appdata folder, the one in roaming to be specific, and as it turns out, something about my previous folder prevented me from connecting with my phone as I can now finally connect to it! If anyone else reading this thread is having the same issue and nothing else is working, try clearing out your appdata-roaming folder.
