I would like to suggest that the scroll bar should not move if the user scrolls up to start reading. In some cases the response is very long and generates a scroll bar, which causes the page to grow vertically and the text to move, disrupting the reading process. I suggest that the chat interact with the page scroll and respect it, so that it does not alter the height of the text, which can be very disruptive. The chatbot GPT has already corrected this issue a long time ago.
