English Installation on Mobile Android version Aria responses in French

I received a response to a question I asked in French. The installation is in English. It is the mobile Android installation.
At the moment of the response, I asked why this had occurred and requested the response be in English and Aria apologized for the glitch and reiterated the response in English.
Obviously the response should have been in English in the first place.
Still, I was impressed with the apology and reiteration of the answer to my question in English.
