reverted back to windows 10 now speed dials arent there.

Before reverting back I turned on sync and synced everything, but after the revert i installed gx again to see some of my old deleted bookmarks pop up but also the new ones. My main issue was that my speed dials didnt sync in, then later i find out they are there but shown as speed dials of another device in the "synchronized data" area in the opera account. Even though i am on the same device but opera registers it as a different one thus my speed dials are there yet i cant access them. And idk how to get them back
