how to set home page, open opera with home page opened?

How do I set the home page in Opera 25? And is there a way to get Opera to open with just the home page (not the 'start page' with links to the 'speed dial' pages)?
If it's called something different in Opera, the functionality I want is to have Opera open with a single tab opened and with that tab already opened to a page that I select.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Settings -> On Startup -> Open a specific page or set of pages (more or less the first item in Settings) :whistle:
