glitched wallpaper

when a bunch of new reactive wallpapers were added i downloaded one, I think it was the adventurers rest, however it is glitched and automatically changes back to it every so often and it is listed as [0] in my settings and I am not given the option to remove it.

found out that it was actually due to the wallpaper having a mod associated with it and that mod being active, so if this happens to you just go to your mods page and disable the respective mod.
