[Duplicated]Can't change my wallpaper

I set an animated wallpaper but I didn't like it, so I wanted to change it. After I set my regular wallpaper back, nothing have seemed wrong at first but after I closed and reopened Opera, the animated one came back. I repeated the process and the same thing happened. I can't change my wallpaper permanently.
