[Suggestion] Top Bar Auto-Hide

It would be absolutely awesome if the top bar could behave the same way as the side bar. Hiding itself automatically when not in use, and appear again after moving cursor into its area.

@areyoufaklaf Agree! I'd also like something similar for bookmarks if possible, or a feature like what Edge does to only show the bookmark tab on new tabs
