[Mods]Doom Eternal background not showing up

I enabled the Doom Eternal mod pack and most of it is working fine, but the background isn't showing up. It is just grey. It also happened with the Pipboy Shader to where I would turn it on and it wouldn't work. If it helps, I am on a MacBook Air and have no limiters for Opera GX on my computer. Please give any advice or answers that you currently have. Thank you.
