[Mods]Video Wallpaper does not show

I am Creating a Mod and well I am running into a Problem

When I run the Mod in the Browser It does not show the video/webm Wallpaper
Is this because the webm file contain a 41 min and 2 second of Video It did work when I tried a 5 Minutes Video so maybe it because of that?

That does not included the Animated Wallpaper I am testing it right now (just saying)
