Making bookmarks folders in existing folders

Please, create a function to make folders in existing folders in bookmarks.
Right now I can't find such function (in both Opera beta and Opera developer). So I need to make new folder in main section, called "My folders" by "+ Create a folder", then to switch to "My folders" and after that - to move it where I want to see it.

Also, would there be any way to hide such standard folders as "Imported bookmarks", "bookmarks bar" and "my general elements"? I really want to use this space for my bookmarks folders (I can see too few of them there right now).

But, well, I needed to change "Yandex" on "Google" in main search bar. I did it easily by changing region in some Opera settings file, but it would be much better if I could change it manually by Opera settings (cause I really hated this big logo of the search-engine that I didn't use. I'm sure some people thinks this way too).
