Websites with videos continuously crash

Every time any website has anything to do with a video playing on that page that site will continuously crash. No matter how many times I refresh the page it just crashes again and again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Opera GX and Opera, and I am having the same problem on both. I've done a restore of all setting to default on Opera GX. I have restarted my PC multiple times. I've tried turning off and on memory integrity with restarting after changing the setting both times. I even installed Java to see if, by some miracle, it would fix anything but none of this has fixed the problem I'm running into. Even the little animation that is supposed to play when you start up Opera GX doesn't work properly. Opera GX does work on my phone so I don't have a clue why both Opera's won't work on my PC. I did find out that if I block websites from using JavaScript then the website will load but as soon as it turn that off it crashes again. I don't know of anything else I could do. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
