Background images aren't working

So I've had opera for a while and never had this issue before. And I've already updated my browser and closed then reopened it but was still messed up, when I enable a mod that changes the background and turn off that mod, the image still stays there and it says that a mod is being used to alter it even though that mod is turned off can someone please help me out?
