Allow speed dials to be placed anywhere

As I guess many users have a custom wallpaper on the quick access page of Opera but this is covered by the speed dial. Since this is useful and I do not want to disable it, that is why I propose that you can place it anywhere within the browser or even vary its size depending on the importance that you want to give it, as if it were the desktop of your OS, so it could be see the wallpaper well and quickly access the websites you use the most
