[Duplicated]Wallpaper Feature is Broken

The wallpapers are not working. I have tried to look for some place to find help with this issue but the only source is a thread where the person doesn't provide enough info to know if its the same problem or how to fix it.
The speed dial just has a shade of grey behind it with no wallpaper.
I have tried installing multiple mods with including wallpapers and turning them on and off, trying to upload wallpapers while they are on and off but nothing. Before you ask the obvious the checkbox for wallpapers is enabled.
When I go to the customisation screen I click the box to upload an image and it just never works, I click it and it closes file explorer then nothing changes, I looked up a youtube tutorial and in the video the menu looks completely different, for me there is just an add button and an exmpty space with stuff missing.

heya i have the same problem don't know how to fix it but i have it since a few days

Same here, I use the GX Mods and the wallpaper isn't showing up, it's the same blank background, but all of the other mods will work just fine.
