How to stop Yahoo search and Google search from stealing keyboard focus ?

Even though search box is not selected, they steal away keystrokes I type on their page, this essentially breaks my keyboard navigation among tabs.
In firefox, I heard you can edit prefs like :
user_pref("capability.policy.default.HTMLInputElement.focus", "noAccess");

How about in Opera 25?
