Can't set Opera to be displayed in Italian

HI,
I installed Opera for Linux Mint 21.1 and set it to Italian.
Websites etc are displayed in Italian but if I open Opera's preferences etc I always see it in English. However I have eliminated the English language and I have left only Italian. Thanks for any help.
